- The customer agrees to make an initial payment of $30.00 upon signing this agreement.
- The remaining balance will be paid in 6 bi-weekly installments as outlined in the payment schedule above.
- The device will be delivered to the customer only after the final payment has been received.
- All devices come with a 90-day warranty from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects.
- Late payments may result in cancellation of this agreement and forfeiture of all payments made.
- The customer may cancel this agreement within 3 days of signing with a full refund of the initial payment.
- All payments are non-refundable after the 3-day cancellation period, except as required by law.
